Toadstool Clinic was a JHR project that ensured medical care was provided for critically ill Afghan children and women, otherwise denied access to care or where sufficient care was unavailable within Afghanistan, such as cancer treatments. Care was  arranged and provided in surrounding countries including Pakistan, Turkey and UAE. The program was operational during 2022-3 at the height of the instability in Afghanistan.
